    I'm planning a trip to Magic Kingdom with approximately 40 family members. Is there any big group discounts available for one day park ticket? We are all staying on site in different hotels.

    Welcome to planDisney! Wow! I commend you for taking on the task of planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation for 40 family members. I thought my hands were full planning our last trip for 11 people, but you are a rock star!

    Unfortunately, there are no group discounts available for your situation. I know that’s not what you were hoping to hear, but let me give you a few ideas that might save you a little money.

    • Walt Disney World theme park ticket prices vary by day. Perhaps you could price out tickets to see if there’s a day that costs a little less per person. Once you choose a 1-day ticket, you will see a calendar pop up with the daily pricing.
    • It looks like you are a Florida Resident, and Walt Disney World Resort has Special Offers for Florida Residents available from time to time. You could check out the Florida Resident page to see what’s currently being offered. If any of your family members are also Florida Residents, they could purchase their tickets using any applicable discounts as well. Keep in mind that for any tickets purchased under a Florida Resident Special Offer, Florida Residency must be verified.
    • Many nationwide warehouse membership stores sell packs of preloaded Disney Gift Cards at a discounted rate. You could purchase some of these discounted Disney Gift Cards, consolidate them on the Disney Gift Card website, and use them to pay for your tickets. It’s a great way to save a little extra so you can stay within your budget.
