I'm planning on a trip to Fort Wilderness campgrounds Sept 24-27th. We're driving down, I know weather can fluctuate at that time (afternoon showers), what other things do you suggest we pack (besides clothes, tents, sleepings bags, etc.)?

Hi Alexandra! You'll love camping at Fort Wilderness Campground! You'll enjoy gorgeous campsites, and being a boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom! Sounds like you've got all your camping supplies under control. Although I would add weiner/ marshmallow roasting sticks for the evening campfires! But they have them available at the site too.

    Other things to remember:
    - sunscreen - LOTS
    - bugspray
    - camera
    - extra batteries and/ or charger
    - two bathing suits per person (I hate putting on a wet one)
    - towels
    - toileteries
    - sun hat
    - journal
    - snacks - very handy to bring to the parks

And last but not least, your Mickey Mouse ears! Hope this gets you started!
