I’m planning a trip in February for my family of four. We are staying off-site. Can I still make reservations for Chef Mickey’s 180 day in advance? If so, if I’m using the MDE app, can I make the reservations at midnight or do i have to wait until 7am?

Hello there, Monica! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and ask your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort question!

You and your family are in for a treat during your 2020 vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Chef Mickey's one of the most popular Disney Character Dining experiences on property and for good reasons! This is one of the few locations in which Guests can meet Disney Characters such as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Pluto all in one place! In addition, you and your family can also look forward to a wide array of delicious dishes and family-friendly games. My family's favorite feature of Chef Mickey's is the ability to watch as the Monorail zips by during our meal!

All Guests are welcome to make reservations up to 180 days in advance and this is highly recommended for popular dining locations! Regardless of whether you choose to use the My Disney Experience app or the dining reservations phone number, you will be able to book your reservations beginning at 7:00 am Eastern Standard Time. So, make sure you are prepared to book your dining reservations bright and early!

Have fun continuing to plan for your 2020 vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
