    Hi, I'm planning a trip for my family of 4, plus 2 sets of grandparents & additional family members. We're planning for Jan or Feb '13. I've waited o see if there'll be any free dining plan promo. Do you know when the promo's for 2013 are announced?

    Who loves some free dining?  I know I do!!!  I've planned my vacations to coincide with the potential release of a dining plan promotion, and have been known to jump for joy when I'm able to book FD!
    Historically, free dining has been offered to the general public for the months of January and February, with block out dates, of course.  It has been released in mid to late August (August 16 in 2010, August 24 in 2011) for all guests to book.  Unfortunately, we do not know what might be brewing the minds of the powers that be, and cannot say whether or not an FD offer will be released for early 2013.
    My best suggestion for you would be to keep an eye on the Special Offers section of the Walt Disney World website for up to date information on new and upcoming promotions.
