I'm planning a trip in Early Winter/Spring 2012 with a 7yr old & a 1 1/2 yr old. I need a resort with easy access to parks so either my husband or I can head back for nap time with the baby while the other stays with the older child. Suggestions?

    Hi Kira!

I agree that naps are a must for kids - and even adults some days!

I do have a few suggestions for resorts with easy access:
    • Polynesian - This resort gets top marks in my book for easy access to both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The Magic Kingdom can be reached by boat or monorail, while Epcot is accessed by the Monorail. The Monorail to Epcot can be reached by using the resort monorail to the Ticket and Transportation Center and then transferring to the Epcot monorail or by walking to the Ticket and Transportation Center and then boarding the Epcot monorail.
    • Wilderness Lodge - If you're looking to spend the majority of your time in the Magic Kingdom, then the boat from the lodge to the park can be a great option. Transportation to the other parks is by bus.
    • Yacht & Beach Club and Boardwalk - these resorts are located between the International Gateway of Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Both parks can be accessed by walking or by boat.
Hope this helps! Have a great trip!
