Hi there, Kim!
Welcome BACK to
planDisney! It is lovely to see you here asking another question about a cruise with
Disney Cruise Line. I am excited to hear you are planning a Disney cruise in 2026. I hope your third cruise will be the best one yet!
Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club offers exclusive at-home and onboard benefits to Guests who have sailed with Disney Cruise Line before. Some of these benefits include the ability to book new itineraries before the general public, the ability to book activities and
Port Adventures in advance, and a welcome back aboard gift. I understand why you want to ensure you are still a part of the club!
According to the
Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club Terms and Conditions, Membership in the Program will automatically terminate without notice if the Member does not book or complete an eligible DCL cruise within the “Activity Period.” The Activity Period shall mean the five-year period after the debarkation day of the Member’s last eligible DCL cruise. The terms and conditions further state DCL may (but is not required to) extend the Activity Period and/or continue making Program Benefits available to Member if Member does not book or complete an eligible DCL cruise within their Activity Period; such decisions shall be in DCL’s sole discretion. I recommend checking your Castaway Club status by logging into your Disney Cruise Line account. Once you are logged in, hover over “Already Booked” at the top of the Disney Cruise Line website. Scroll down and select Castaway Club. You will then be directed to the Castaway Club page that includes your current Castaway Club status as well as information about your previous sailings.
I hope you have an unforgettable time sailing with Disney Cruise Line, Kim! I’m crossing my fingers with the hope that you still have your Silver Castaway Club status. Here at planDisney, we are always happy to help find answers, so please return if you have additional questions.
Happy Sailing!
Angie
