I'm planning a special trip to WDW in 2016 to celebrate the completion of our 12 yr old sons gruelling 3 & half yr treatment for Leukaemia. Is there any success in asking for complimentary admission or 'VIP' treatment for him to make it extra special?

Hi Emma! What a brave boy you have! I can't think of a more magical reason to celebrate for your family. Disney does continue to offer great special offers throughout the year and we never know in advance what deals are coming. While there is not complimentary admission available, great deals are still to be had when you purchase theme park tickets, with the price per day getting cheaper the more days you buy.

Be sure to get your son an "I'm celebrating!" button to wear during his vacation. These can be picked up at any park Guest Services, Downtown Disney, or your resort. He'll feel so special with all the wishes he receives and you never know what pixie dust will be sprinkled on him.

Write us back with any other questions as you plan your most magical celebration Emma!
