Wow, Lourdes! This is such a great question! I’m glad you brought your thoughts to planDisney! I’m happy to help!
Now that my kids are older, we use
Park Hopper tickets all the time! Park Hopper tickets give Guests freedom and flexibility in choosing to visit more than one park in one day. With teens and young adult sons, we take full advantage of that flexibility (and love it)!
Our family’s experience has been that park hopping with pre-school-aged kids and little ones is a bit more complex. When our kids were little, we found it was far more manageable for the kids to just visit one park per day. We started at a park in the morning, returned to our hotel for an afternoon break, and then went back to the same park in the evening. This made for an enjoyable experience on all of our visits to Disney World!
While I admire your spirit, pulling off the ultimate Park Hopper (four parks in one day) with a little one, in August, might be a bit overwhelming. You know your little Mouseketeer best, but I might consider holding off on the ultimate Park Hopper experience until they are a little older.
Lourdes, I love that you’re visiting
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! I strongly encourage you to watch Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade! The parade takes place twice during the party! With your little one, consider watching the first parade, held earlier in the evening. During our first visit to the party, we waited to watch the second parade, and our littlest one had already fallen asleep in his stroller and missed the whole thing! And this is a parade not to be missed!
I hope these tips are helpful, Lourdes! Come on back to planDisney if you’d like to continue planning your magical visit!
Dreams do come true!
