I'm planning my second trip to WDW. We stayed at CBR in May 2011 in a pirate room. My only "complaint" was that the carpet was rough on my feet after a long day of walking. Is there any difference in the quality of the carpeting at a different

    Hi Carlotta,

I am sorry that your feet did not enjoy the carpet at Caribbean Beach Resort. However, I too like nothing better than taking my shoes of after touring and walking around in my bare feet as well.

I have noticed a difference in towels, toiletries and bed linens at the different resort lines but I can not remember a difference in the rugs. Perhaps you stayed in an older room at the Caribbean Beach and the room was in need of a refresh.

If there is a difference in rug quality, I would head to a deluxe or to a newer resort. Or ask for the newly renovated section of a resort.

Remember these rugs are built for many feet who are usually touring the parks.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
