I’m planning to use Prime Now for grocery delivery. Does Saratoga Springs Resort charge per bag? I’ve heard they do but can’t find where I’ve read that.

    Dear Jennifer,

Thank you for bringing us your question about ordering groceries during your vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort

All Disney Resort Hotels charge a $6 fee (*prices always subject to change without prior notice) for packages delivered to your room. Guests must be present to receive their items and make sure they are properly stored. Gratuity, in this case, is not included in the fee mentioned above.

If you would prefer for Bell Services to store your package(s) (refrigerated, if needed) while you're away, you may collect it later at the Front Desk and the $6 fee will be applied as well.  Grocery pick-up in the resort lobby is still complimentary.  Note these charges are applied to your room reservation and will be paid for at check-out.

Jennifer, make sure that the company you are using clearly labels your boxes and includes the information below:

Guest Name (that the Reservation is under)
    Arrival Date
    Resort Name
Full Address (City, State and Zip code)

Remind them to add the word “GUEST” large and legible on the address label next to your name or on the box itself (better to do it in more than one place, just in case) so they clearly know it is being sent to a guest and not to a Cast Member.

I hope this information has helped clarify a little bit.  Feel free to come back as many times as needed, we'll be here to help you!

    See ya real soon,
    ~Desiree

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
