Howdy, Natasha!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm always happy to rustle up an answer for a fellow Texan's question, so thanks for tumbling on by. In just one month, you'll be waltzing with 999 Happy Haunts, blasting off to Mars, and dropping in for a stay at the Hollywood Tower Hotel. I bet you are counting down the minutes until your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I know I would be!
When I look around my living room, I'm surrounded by snapshots of my family's favorite moments from our trips back "home." These framed
Disney PhotoPass photos wouldn't have been possible without
Memory Maker, so I am excited to hear you've purchased it for your upcoming trip. At this time, Memory Maker allows you to
download photos and videos for up to 25 individuals on your Family & Friends list, so you should have no issues with your party of 14.
You first need to make sure all 14 members of your party are connected to you in your My Disney Experience account and are on your
Family & Friends list. Once they are, make sure you've changed your sharing settings to allow them to view your PhotoPass photos. They also need to make sure they've allowed you access to view their PhotoPass photos in their Family & Friends lists. To check that this setting is turned on, click "Update" next to each individual's name on your Family & Friends list and make sure the box is checked where it says "My Disney PhotoPass Photos."
If, instead, the 14 individuals in your party don't have their own
My Disney Experience accounts and you are managing their plans solely from your account, their Disney PhotoPass photos should automatically link to your account since you are managing their plans for them. Either way, everyone's PhotoPass photos should automatically link to your account and load into your PhotoPass Gallery, which can be viewed either from a browser or in the My Disney Experience App.
Remember, your Disney PhotoPass photos expire 45 days from the day they were taken, so be sure to pay close attention to their expiration dates, which should be listed on each individual photo when you click on it, so you don't lose any. Pro tip: When you return home from your magical adventure, be sure to
order a Disney PhotoPass Archive USB flash drive that will have all the photos from your trip loaded onto it. It's super affordable and acts as a backup of your pictures.
Since your party is so large, I also suggest someone makes a quick note on their smart device of what times you experience attractions that have accompanying ride photos. This is just in case the photos don't link to your account properly. If you do find that any of your pictures are missing or you are having trouble with everyone's photos linking to your account, you can call the wonderful Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at 407-560-4300 for further assistance. They can use your timestamp information to look up missing pictures. As a reminder, the
current face covering policies must be followed even on attractions for ride photos to be released to your account.
Natasha, I hope this information helps. Pretty soon, your living room will be filled with snapshots of your magical memories too.
