I'm planning a large family trip in July 2018. We're booking a family suite at AoA. My question is if some of the family members aren't sure if they can go is it best to book the room for all 6 and modify or just a few and add the rest later.

    Dear Latisia,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great planning question about your upcoming trip to Disney's Art of Animation Resort!

You and your family are going to absolutely love your time at Disney's Art of Animation Resort! The theming is beautiful and the family suites offer so much space to spread out and enjoy yourself!

You can choose to do either. I would definitely book the room as soon as you can with the information that you have now about who is coming, and then you can always adjust later. You're not thinking that you will need additional rooms, right? That's the only question that I would have, because if your dates sell out, then you wouldn't be able to reserve additional rooms. If that's not in question, then you shouldn't have a problem adding or subtracting guests to your family suite. Be sure to come to your final number by at least a month ahead of your check-in date, so that everyone can get their MagicBands delivered to you at home.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
