Im planning a honeymoon either Feb, 2-8 or Feb, 4-10, had hoped for free dining option due to slow period. I noticed that there are free dining dates out now but they end Dec 20, what are my chances for Feb now ?? And when should I stop waiting to book?

    Hi Danielle!
Free Dining is one of the most popular promotions Disney has offered to guests throughout the year.  Historically it has been offered in late August for the February time frame, with some block out dates applicable.  There is no way of knowing when or if they will release the same offer this year.
My best suggestion for you would be to keep an eye on the Special Offers tab of the Walt Disney World website.  Here, they will update the offers that are currently active, as well as the ones just released.  Should a special offer be released, make sure you book as soon as possible.  Many guests, myself included, pounce when a FD offer is released and rooms book quite quickly, so once you know your date, book!
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
