Ahoy, Thuy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so happy you sailed on over with your cruise question. Planning a magical voyage is always a lot of fun so we hope you'll enjoy the process as much as we do!
Your little one is going to love sailing the high seas with Captain Mickey. My son was about 18 months old on our first Disney Cruise and experiencing it through his eyes was so special. I was worried he wouldn't be comfortable around the Characters, but he ended up interacting with all of them, and Donald was his absolute favorite (and still is today!). And I'm happy to report that
cruising with little ones aboard Disney Cruise Line couldn't be easier. You can request a pack 'n play and diaper disposal unit for your stateroom along with bottle warmers and sterilizers. If your cruise is visiting Disney's private island,
Castaway Cay, there are complimentary wagons and strollers at both the Scuttle's Cove and Pelican Point Tram Stop. As for your breast milk, you can bring it onboard in your carry-on or in a cooler no larger than 12" x 12" x 12." Once you are on the ship, you will have to store it in your stateroom refrigerator as Disney Cruise Line does not have space for it in their freezers onboard. You'll want to keep in mind that there is not a freezer compartment in the stateroom refrigerator. Your stateroom host or hostess will be able to provide you with icepacks while onboard and on embarkation day.
Thuy, thank you for sending in your question. We hope you'll let us know if you need further assistance with your plans. We are always happy to help!
Have a magical day!
Nancy
