Bonjour, Sarah!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy you stopped by with your wonderful question for us.
With your trip being
just around the Riverbend, I’m happy to talk about all things
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival with you! You can find the incredible
Foodie Guide to 2021 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival by the Disney Parks Blog with detailed pictures and descriptions!
Sarah, I just returned from visiting the festival and had a chance to try so many tasty treats! I love that you’re thinking about bringing your own portable, reusable cutlery! However, do be mindful that
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules state that knives are prohibited. Although you will find plastic cutlery provided at each food booth, I love the feeling of being able to help the planet by being environmentally conscious and bringing my own reusable fork and spoon, as well.
Walt Disney World Resort has worked diligently to
reduce plastic waste as they eliminated single-use plastic straws around the theme parks and providing paper straws! So I figure since they’re doing their part, I should do mine, too! I also like to bring my own reusable straw!
As far as delectable delights go, I fell in love with the Crispy-fried Pepper Shrimp with Spicy Sichuan Noodles at the festival booth in China, as well as the Fried Falafel Pita with Tahini Sauce at Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina in the Morocco Pavilion! The latter, being my favorite, turned out to be refreshing and so scrumptious, I’ve been dreaming about getting it again. If you love Joffrey’s, you’ll have to check out the Cocoa Cold Brew: Kona Mocha near Mission: SPACE!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Sarah! Have an enchanting time!
Aena
