Hi! I'm planning a Disney trip in November for my family, grandparents and all! However our baby boy will only be 7 months old at the time of our trip. I'm worried this is too young! So in your opinion...how young is to young for WDW?

    Hi Nichole,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Walt Disney World Resort is a wonderful place to visit and enjoy with extended family. As a father of four children under the age of seven, let me help set your mind at ease.

My wife and I have taken our children to Walt Disney World as infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. They have been able to enjoy the parks at various stages of their lives, and we've had wonderful experiences at each stage. In fact, our youngest daughter will be 5-months-old when we take our next family trip this coming December. Her older sister visited when she was only 5-months-old, and we took her on several of the attractions.

Each of the four theme parks offers Slow Rides for Guests of all ages to enjoy. Most of these attractions should be fine for your son, but use your best judgment. Cast Members at the ride entrances can answer any specific questions you have before boarding. There are also Baby Care Centers located in all four theme parks, which provide a convenient place to feed, change, and rest with little ones.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions about planning your visit to Walt Disney World. I enjoy helping families plan their magical vacations with little ones.

    Have a magical day!
