I’m paying for two magic passes however I do not use the second one anymore due to personal reasons. Is there a way to cancel the second one and keep one.

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Jonathan! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for this great question regarding Magic Key passes. I'm sorry you're unable to enjoy both passes, so let's see what the policies are for Disneyland Resort guests.

According to the Magic Key Terms and Conditions, passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. So, if you've paid for both passes in full, one option is only to renew your pass during your renewal window and let the second pass expire.

If you're on the monthly payment plan, I suggest you contact Magic Key Monthly Payment Guest Services at (800) 410-4656 to see your best options. I suspect you'll be required to continue making payments on both passes because any missed payments might result in the loss of use for your pass.

I hope you've been able to take advantage of the discounts for Magic Key holders. I love the merchandise in the theme parks, so discounts allow me to buy more souvenirs. It's Disney math!

Jonathan, I'm sending pixie dust your way so you'll enjoy using your Magic Key for years to come. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
