I'm panicking about my trip over MLK in Jan. On another discussion board they're saying crowds on MLK are horrendous and worse than summer.Did I choose a terrible time? What can I do to beat the crowds and see everything? I hope I didn't ruin our trip!

Relax, the crowd levels during Martin Luther King weekend in January are NOTHING like the crowd levels at Christmas. They're not even at the same level as any point during the summer or spring break.

I visited WDW during MLK weekend in 2007 and 2008, and I have a trip booked for that weekend in 2009. In 2007, I experienced moderate crowd levels and in 2008, the parks were almost empty during my stay. In fact, that particular trip was the least crowded I had ever seen Epcot. You can read more about my MLK weekend experiences HERE. My opinion is that you should no hestitation at all about visiting WDW at that time.

And if you see me in the parks, be sure to stop and say "hi" :-).
