Hello Stephanie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I completely understand wanting to enjoy some fun at Walt Disney World Resort while attending your conference.
The Orlando area is home to a variety of conferences throughout the year. Usually the conference organizer will offer Special Meeting/Convention Theme Park Tickets to attendees. I suggest checking with the group hosting the conference you are attending to see if they are offering tickets. They may provide a link to order tickets online and/or the ability to purchase tickets onsite at the conference. While I don't know specifically what type of tickets may be offered at your conference, usually there is an option to purchase a 1-Day Twilight Park Ticket that gives admission to visit one Walt Disney World Theme Park after 5 pm. A Twilight ticket must be purchased through the conference organizer and is not available at Theme Park ticket windows.
Extra Magic Hours is one of the
benefits offered to guests staying at
participating Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. If you are staying at one of these hotels, a Twilight ticket will allow you to take advantage of any evening Extra Magic Hours offered at the park you plan to visit that day.
While not currently offered at Epcot, you might be interested in a
Disney After Hours event. Tickets for these special events are available for any guest to purchase, regardless of where they are staying. Disney After Hours tickets may be purchased
online, by calling 407-939-7795 or at any Walt Disney World ticket window.
Enjoy your time in Orlando!
