    Im not staying at Disney resort, can I still link my credit card to my magic band?

    Hi, Mickeala! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question! Guests staying at a Disney Resort Hotel are able to store a payment source to their guest folio for charges made all across Walt Disney World Resort. This payment source can be accessed with the complimentary MagicBand provided to them as part of their stay. At this time, only Disney Resort Hotel guests can use the MagicBand in this way, since the charge does not go directly to the payment source but rather the guest folio. However, I do have some information to help make your stay as an off-site guest pretty magical!

    Have you heard about Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering? All guests, no matter if they are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel or not, are able to use their My Disney Experience mobile app to place their order at select dining locations. I personally love this service as it gets me to my favorite Dole Whip Float so much faster! The best part of it for you is that you can use a credit card to pay for your order. There will be an option to store your credit card to your profile, making future Mobile Food and Beverage Orders super fast!
