Welcome back, Winna. Thanks for stopping back for more details about
Disney Cruise Line's alcohol policy.
I think it's wonderful that Disney allows guests to carry on a limited amount of beer or wine when they board the ship. They allow guests to bring these bottles on in their carry-on luggage, only, and yes, you can do so at each port of call. Now, where to purchase in each port of call. There are usually convenience stores not far from the port area in each of the islands you'll visit, so it won't be too hard to find. You may want to ask someone before exiting the secured port area, just so you're sure of where to go as you walk out of that area.
As I mentioned in my last answer to you, please remember that these drinks may not be consumed in public areas of the ship, just your own stateroom. However, if you are a beer fan, you might consider the Beer Mug Package, which you can order through the
Gifts and Amenities page of Disney Cruise Line's website. My husband purchases this when we sail so that he receives a really nice 21 oz. Disney Cruise Line glass beer mug to use throughout the sailing. It's only $14.95, and then he gets refills of the full 21 oz. and only pays the price of a 16 oz. It's a great deal. He loves that he doesn't have to tote the big glass around when it's empty. They allow him to trade it in each time he's done for a token that he turns in when he's ready for a refill, in a brand new clean mug. Super easy, and then he gets to bring the mug home at the end of the sailing. It's a nice way to enjoy beer onboard throughout the ship and a great souvenir.
Please stop back again, Winna, if we can help you with anything else as you continue to plan your magical adventure with Disney Cruise Line!
