    I'm in need of an electric scooter to rent at MK on 4/21/15. I know its location. At what time does the Magic Kingdom scooter rental open? I hope to book breakfast @ Crystal Palace @ the other end of before MK opens.

    Hi, Coleman! I called Walt Disney World Resort to be sure that I was giving you the correct information, and the Cast Member I spoke with confirmed my answer.  The Wheelchair and Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) rental locations are available thirty minutes before theme park opening. So, you would need to schedule your breakfast within that time frame in order to rent your ECV before dining.  I love being on Main Street U.S.A. before the park officially opens!
