I'm from México, I speak english a little bit, but I'm worried a little for the communication at Disney parks or the hotel. There are in the parks and the Disney hotels people who can help us with the language thing?

Hi Anabel and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing us your question! There’s so much for you and your family to enjoy at the Walt Disney World Resort and you don’t need to worry, “se habla español!”

At Disney, there’s no such thing as a language barrier. Whether you are at one of the theme parks or any of the 25 Disney Resort hotels, it’s easy to tell if a Cast Member speaks a language in addition to English. Their name tags will list their names, where they are from, city and state, and will specify the other language they speak. You will find that many Cast Members will also speak Spanish, French or Portuguese.

When calling to make your reservations for a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can choose the option to speak to a Cast Member in Spanish. Letting the Cast Member know which country you reside in will also help them redirect you to an independent travel agent who will be happy to help with any plans for your trip. They will also be able to tell you about special offers that may be available to you during your travel dates.

Anabel, did you know that you can also visit us at Disney Parks Moms Panel en español

No matter which language feels most comfortable to you, we are here to help you plan a magical vacation for your family. After all, it is our favorite thing to do!
