Hi Angelique!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are in for a treat
visiting Walt Disney World with the littles! The Resort is special all of the time, but seeing it through the eyes of your kiddo is magical.
When my daughter was a toddler, and I was early pregnant with my twins, we took a mini-vacation to Walt Disney World. It was terrific, but I was tired, and SO over crowds by the end of the day! So I think securing your viewing spot with the
Fireworks Dessert Party at
Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant is a perfect idea. You get to indulge in delicious snacks and then enjoy VIP viewing of
Happily Ever After.
The Plaza Garden gives you plenty of room to view the fireworks, and you are right at the top of Main Street, U.S.A. so you have a straight shot back to your
Resort hotel when the fireworks finish. One of the best things about the
party is that there are savory snacks as well as desserts - so you get the sustenance you need to grow that baby, and your toddler isn’t completely bouncing off the walls by the end of the night! (Quick tip though - if the Ooey gooey toffee cake is offered - go for it! It is delicious!)
When you are in the Parks during the day, I am sure all of you will need a break every once in a while. Make sure to take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers. They are located in all four Theme Parks and are a fantastic place to eat a snack, change a diaper or stock up on baby essentials.
Angelique, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. I wish you a sweet vacation!
