Hi Shawnitha!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know you must be really excited about your upcoming adventure at Walt Disney World Resort. I hope you have the most amazing vacation ever. It's my pleasure to help answer your question today.
Being from Michigan originally myself, I thought any weather warmed than 50 degrees in January was warm, so I always packed shorts. Now that I have lived in the south for over 23 years, 50 degrees is chilly for me. I encourage you to use online weather websites to check the 10 day Orlando forecast. I have looked for the next 10 days and the weather will vary from low sixties during the day to up eighties, so it will vary. I encourage you to bring layers so you can add or take away from your outfit as the day goes on. You may want a jacket in the morning but my mid day you could wear a t-shirt. Layers in Florida are always a good thing. I also encourage you to bring along a rain poncho, Florida weather is unpredictable and stray showers like to pop up unexpectedly. And if you are staying at a
Disney Resort Hotel all the pools are heated, so feel free to bring those swim suits, but have a towel close by when you get out to warm up with.
I hope this has helped. Please enjoy your vacation and please stop in again anytime you have another vacation planning question. Lending a helping hand to fellow Guests is what we do best.
Dream as Dreamers Do,
Jen
