    Im looking to take my son on our first strip to WDW as a Surprise for his 10th birthday in October! The problem is he's newly diagnosed Gluten intolerant. Is it possible for a bakery to Bake A GLUTEN FREE BIRTHDAY CAKE?

    Hi Shalanda,

    You're in luck. Disney now has an arrangement with the fabulous Baby Cakes NY bakery located at Downtown Disney. Baby Cakes specializes in allergy-friendly and gluten-free baked goods and can now provide celebration cakes to any table service restaurant at Walt Disney World. When you make your reservation be sure to specify that your son will need to dine gluten free and will need a gluten free cake.

    While you're at WDW, you should be sure to stop by the Baby Cakes shop. In addition to gluten free cakes, they have gluten free cookies, muffins, donuts, and other goodies. And they are DELISH!
