Hiya Janine!
Welcome to
planDisney! I hope you make us your go-to, one-stop shop for answers to all your Disney vacation questions.
Disney Dining Plans and
Disney Dining are two of my favorite things to discuss, so I’m happy to give you some suggestions for quick-service restaurants outside of the Walt Disney World theme parks. There are so many excellent quick-service restaurants inside and outside the Disney Theme parks. With the variety of quick-service restaurants in
Disney Springs and the
Disney Resort hotels, you will surely find something that suits your palate.
Some of my favorite places to use quick-service meals are in Disney Springs, so we’ll start there.
The Polite Pig has an excellent selection of quick-service meals and cocktails. If you are dining with a second person, you can use two quick-service meals to order the Butcher Board (for 2) which contains great portions of pork, chicken, brisket, and sausage along with slaw, pickles, two cornbreads, and a choice of two of their delicious sides. I personally love their Mac and Cheese and Crispy Brussel Sprouts. They also have a lovely beer and wine menu as well as small batch cocktails. Another tried and true quick-service option in Disney Springs is
Cookes of Dublin, where you can enjoy the Famous Fish ‘n’ Chips.
Quick-service dining is available in the Disney Resort hotels. You will need to use Disney transportation to reach these locations as parking will not be permitted unless you have a resort reservation or dining reservation. One of my favorite quick-service restaurants in a Disney Resort hotel is
Primo Piatto located in
Disney’s Riviera Resort. I love the Croque Monsieur and the Tuna Niçoise Salad. Primo Piatto also has a selection of beer, wine and cocktails. To make your way to Riviera Resort, hop on the
Disney Skyliner from
EPCOT or
Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Another quick-service option located in a Disney Resort hotel is
Roaring Fork at
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. They have Barbecue Brisket and Burnt Ends and Garlic-roasted Half Chicken, and a selection of hot and cold sandwiches and salads. To make your way to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge you can hop on the boat transportation at
Magic Kingdom Park.
I hope this information helps you plan some incredible quick-service meals during your visit to
Walt Disney World. You’ve got a friend in me, Janine, in all of us here at planDisney. Stop by whenever we can answer your vacation questions or offer you recommendations. We love helping Guests like you make their Disney vacation dreams come true.
See ya real soon!
