Hi Pamela, welcome to planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with a question about Walt Disney World Resort's
Disability Access Service (DAS). This program is designed to assist Guests who, due to a developmental disability, are unable to wait in a traditional queue for extended periods. With DAS, Guests can request a return time for an attraction comparable to the current standby wait, allowing for a more comfortable experience. Registration for DAS is through a live video chat with a Cast Member up to 30 days before your park visit - you're within that window now so let's look at how to do that.
First, head over to the Disability Access Service (DAS) website for information about the service. Next, click on the "
Register for Disability Access Service" tab. Before clicking on the "Request Live Video Chat" button at the bottom of the page, make sure the Guest who is registering is present and will be riding the attraction when using a DAS return time at Walt Disney World theme parks.
Disney is dedicated to creating an inclusive experience for all Guests. If DAS doesn’t fully meet your needs, I encourage you to visit the
Accessibility website. There, you’ll find detailed information about additional services designed to assist Guests with a wide range of conditions.
Pamela, I hope this information is helpful and that the rest of your trip planning goes smoothly. Please revisit
planDisney if you have any other questions,
I'm happy to help!
See ya real soon,
Candace
