I’m looking to do a package stay starting at Disneyland Hotel and switching to Pixar Place. Can you book it all together and if you can, how? Or do I need to book at Disneyland Hotel and then ask support to help switch part of my stay to Pixar Place?

    Hey there Rebecca,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for stopping by with your question. It sounds like you're planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth right around the 4th of July - that should be a fun time to visit!

What you're describing is typically called a "split stay" and is entirely possible! To book two different Disneyland Resort hotels for your trip online, you'll just need to make two separate reservations - one for each room.

You can do this through the "Build Your Vacation" toolbar at the top of the home page, on the Vacation Packages page, or directly through the individual Disneyland Resort hotel pages.

If you think you might have some more detailed questions in your booking journey, then I would recommend reaching out directly to a Cast Member at the Vacation Packages line. I typically book my trips online - just for ease and convenience - but I have had to reach out to a Cast Member when planning trips on numerous occasions in the past and they are like the Fairy Godmother in how magically fast and helpful they can be.

As your trip gets a bit closer, I'd also encourage you to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog to learn more about any other fun events happening around the Happiest Place on Earth during your visit. The Hours & Events Calendar page is also a helpful spot to get an idea about park hours, entertainment schedules, and more. This calendar is available about six weeks out from the current date so you'll just need to wait another couple of weeks for your date to become available to view.

Thanks again for your question, Rebecca! I hope you have a wonderful time on your upcoming vacation.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
