I'm looking at making Reservations for a character breakfast, Do I need to include my 2 year old in the number I am making the reservation for? We have 7 adults and my 2 year old in our party.

    Hi Josey!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. This is actually an oops! I made myself when traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort so I'm glad you can learn from my past mistakes!

When making Advanced Dining Reservations, you'll want to include everyone in your party in the headcount, even our smallest mouseketeers. When I visited with my son in an infant carrier, I thought he didn't need a seat so I didn't include him. It was quickly resolved, but we realized when they walked us to our initial table that there wasn't a great spot to put him in because our table just didn't have the space. We were quickly relocated, but to prevent any delays in your Character Dining Experience, I'd certainly include him. As he is under the age of 3, he'll just share off your plate for our buffet style dining experiences so please don't think including him in the head count means you will be charged.

I hope you have a wondEARful experience dining with some of your favorite Disney characters! Please come back and let us know if you have any other questions before your visit.
