I'm looking for your favorite dairy free treats in any park. Looking for things we might not realize are dairy free at snack carts or desserts and stuff. even food and wine. I have an 8 year old dairy free and we want to find good treats.

    Hello there, Amanda!

I love snacking my way around the Walt Disney World Resort, especially during the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival Presented by CORKCICLE. Before your visit, I recommend reviewing the Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to the Festival to check out what the 30 Global Marketplaces have to offer. The Paella from Spain, Plant-based IMPOSSIBLE Moussaka from Greece, and the Guava Cake from Shimmering Sips hosted by CORKCICLE are some of the food items that are at the top of my list.

One of the best things about snacking at the Walt Disney World Resort is that there is something for every dietary preference. I actually just sent my sister-in-law some of my favorite vegan spots at the theme parks. To find all of the dairy-free treats, you can look for the leaf symbol or plant-based options since these are made without animal meat, dairy, eggs, or honey. I recommend checking if items have dairy in them. The Cast Members at all of the snack stands, quick service, and signature dining locations should be able to answer any questions you have about what items have dairy in them.

Here are some dairy-free treats that I was surprised to discover around the Walt Disney World Resort:

    • DOLE Whip Soft-Serve and Floats at various locations
    • Plant-Based Mickey-Shaped Waffles at various locations
    • Popcorn at various locations
    • Mango-Coconut Milk Shake at Connections Eatery in EPCOT
    • Plant-Based Cookies ‘n “Cream” Chocolate Mousse Cup at Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT
    • Create Your Own Bowl at Satu’li Canteen in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
    • Plant-Based “Totchos” at Woody’s Lunch Box in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
    • Blue Milk at the Milk Stand in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Let us know if you are looking for any other tips. I hope you have a magical vacation filled with lots of sweet treats.

May the magic be with you!
