I'm looking at doing the Not so scary Halloween party..... do i need to use one of my Magic Kingdom day tickets? How much of Magic kingdom will i see at the party?

Hi there, Francine! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by and allowing us to help you answer your spooky question!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite special events at Walt Disney World Resort! During this frightful event, Magic Kingdom gets a complete Halloween makeover and transforms for an evening of festive fun! Some of the offerings to look forward to during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party include in-park trick-or-treating, specialty entertainment, the Halloween-themed parade, and so much more. In addition to the in-park offerings, Guests are also encouraged to dress up in costume regardless of age! I love to take this opportunity to dress up as some of my favorite Disney characters!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is considered a special event so you will not need to use one of your regular admission tickets to enter. Instead, you will have to purchase special event admission separately. This is a fairly easy process and may be done either online, over the phone, or in-person

Also, you will get to look forward to seeing the entirety of Magic Kingdom during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party since the entire park is open during the party! I love looking at all the different ways Magic Kingdom has been dressed-up throughout the park for the party!

Have fun continuing to plan for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Please let us know if we can help you with anything else!
