Bonjour Heather, and thanks for visiting us at planDisney. I'm so excited to help with your very first Disney trip! There's nothing quite like the feeling of walking down Main Street U.S.A. and seeing Sleeping Beauty Castle. So, let's chat about your tickets!
1 Day/1 Park tickets give you access to
Disneyland Park or Walt Disney Studios Park (transforming into
Disney Adventure World on March 29th) on a given day. If you purchased a dated ticket, you can enter whichever park you’d like that day. No advance registration needed! Once you scan into a park, you’re locked into that park for the day since you have a 1 Day/1 Park ticket.
If you have an undated ticket, you’ll need to use the
Advance Registration System to pick a date and park ahead of time. But no worries if you change your mind. You can cancel your registration at any time before 10 a.m. Paris local time on the day of your visit, and rebook for the date and park that you want instead. Before you cancel anything, check
this calendar to make sure what you want is available.
This year is the practically perfect time to visit Disneyland Paris because there are so many new things just around the riverbend! From exploring Arendelle to spinning underneath the glowing lanterns from Tangled, I can’t wait for Disney Adventure World to debut on March 29th. Don't forget to check out Disney Parks Blog’s
Ultimate Guide to Disney Adventure World so you don’t miss any magical detail!
And since it'll be your first time at Disneyland Paris, be sure to take a photo in front of the iconic
Sleeping Beauty Castle. My favorite spot is left of the bridge that goes through the castle because you can usually get a picture without other people in the background. This is also near where you'll enter to check out
La Taniere du Dragon, one of my must-dos on every trip!
I'm wishing you the best first visit ever at Disneyland Paris this year. And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney!
