Ahoy Anthony!
It sounds like you are planning
a Dream cruise. We are a family of five (or seven when we get the adult kids to join), so we are always looking for ways to optimize how many people we can fit in a stateroom.
The Verandah rooms on
the Dream have two categories - the Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom and the Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom. (Both of these categories also have accessible staterooms).
► Category 4 is the Deluxe Family Stateroom, which sleeps 4-5 people. These have a queen-sized bed and a double convertible sofa, with most also having a Murphy bed and some with a pull-down berth.
► Categories 5, 6,&7 are the
Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms, and they have a queen-sized bed, a single convertible sofa, and a pull-down berth if they sleep four.
So I suggest you choose your itinerary and search the
Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah (filtering for four people); that way, you can guarantee a sleep accented with a magical sky above the bed.
As for the car seat, you will be surprised by the amount of storage you have in your stateroom! Most car seats can be comfortably stored in the closet, and the bed is raised, with ample storage below, so you might also be able to slide the car seat under the bed. If neither of these work, contact Guest Services onboard, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist as they are well-versed in creating magic for the
littlest sailors.
If you have any other questions, you know where to find us. I wish you smooth sailing!
