Hi - I'm looking into booking a cruise leaving out of Miami for the Bahamas. Where can I find details such as departure time from Miami to determine flight time to get to Miami? Thank-you

Hey there, Holly! Welcome aboard, and thank you for your question.

Some information is a little bit vague on purpose when it comes to sailing on a Disney Cruise Line vacation. Because some things are subject to change due to any number of variables, there's a little bit of flexibility in things like departure times.

Generally, sailing from Miami, your Disney ship will leave port at about 4 PM. However, 30 days prior to your sailing, you'll have a chance to do your online check-in for your voyage. At that time, you'll be able to select your port arrival time. The last port arrival time is usually around 3 PM, and the earliest often begins at 1 PM.

If you'll be flying into Miami, I would say try to make sure your flight gets in no later than around 1 PM. By the time you gather your luggage and get to the port, it could be an hour. And make sure your flight out isn't before 11 AM or 12 PM. You'll want to give yourself time to disembark.

Happy planning, Holly! If there's anything else we can help with, please come on back and see us.
