    I’m looking to book a room for 3 adults, but I want to make sure our room has a microwave & refrigerator during our stay. What is the type of room that I need to search for to have those standard in the room?

    Welcome to planDisney, Amy! 

    I'm SO excited to see that you're planning a trip to Disney World during the spookiest time of the year: Halloween! Consider adding tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom for your vacation! I LOVE going to this party on adults-only trips since it goes so late! You'll enjoy candy, treats, special characters, a spooktacular parade, and shorter wait times at this event as well as the opportunity to dress up! 

    I'm happy to let you know that there are a variety of rooms available with microwaves and refrigerators! You're typically going to see microwaves and refrigerators (or mini fridges/beverage coolers) in the Family Suites and the Studio room options or at Villas. When looking at rooms on the Disney website, just press the "View Amenities" arrow above the rooms you're looking at to see what you'll have available to you within your room. I'm going to list below my favorite options at Disney World to give you a place to start!

    -All-Star Music Resort Family Suites (Value Resort) -- includes microwave, refrigerator, kitchenette, and 2 full bathrooms. 
    -Art of Animation Family Suites (Value Resort) -- includes microwave, beverage cooler, kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms, and access to the Skyliner.
    -Saratoga Springs Deluxe Studio (Deluxe Resort) -- includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, and a soaker tub.
    -Riviera 1 Bedroom Villa (Deluxe Resort) -- includes a fully functional kitchen that includes a microwave and refrigerator and oven, a washer and dryer, a bubble jet-tub and walk-in shower, a private porch or balcony, and access to the Skyliner. 

    You have so many more options available to you, Amy! Just give a quick double check on those amenities before you officially book your room reservation to make sure your party has everything they need! (And keep an eye on the Special Offers page, as you may be able to qualify to save some money with upcoming deals.)
