My Disney Experience!
First, your ticket information is separate from your Disney Resort hotel reservation, so that's likely why you're not seeing it. I'm not sure if you're using a computer or the mobile app, so I'll walk you through where to find ticketing information for both options! If you're using a computer, you'll want to
log in to your My Disney Experience account then scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." Underneath that header on the left-hand side, you'll see "Tickets & Memory Maker." Click that, and you should see tickets for any Mouseketeers on your
Family & Friends list. If you're using the
mobile app, you'll simply click the three horizontal lines and select "Tickets and Passes." You should see all of your tickets there! If you don't happen to see your tickets in their correct location, Hakuna Matata...no worries! That likely means that you just need to
link them to your My Disney Experience account first.
