Hi I’m looking at my account. Why am I not seeing my theme park tickets? I see my reservations for the hotel but that’s it.

    Hi Marie,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question about where to find all of your information within My Disney Experience!

First, your ticket information is separate from your Disney Resort hotel reservation, so that's likely why you're not seeing it. I'm not sure if you're using a computer or the mobile app, so I'll walk you through where to find ticketing information for both options! If you're using a computer, you'll want to log in to your My Disney Experience account then scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." Underneath that header on the left-hand side, you'll see "Tickets & Memory Maker." Click that, and you should see tickets for any Mouseketeers on your Family & Friends list. If you're using the mobile app, you'll simply click the three horizontal lines and select "Tickets and Passes." You should see all of your tickets there! If you don't happen to see your tickets in their correct location, Hakuna Matata...no worries! That likely means that you just need to link them to your My Disney Experience account first.

I hope this helps, Marie! If you continue to have troubles, please don't hesitate to reach out to a friendly Cast Member for assistance. They'll be able to access the details of your account and are always happy to help!

Thanks again for visiting us at planDisney. I'm sending pixie dust that your plans all come together perfectly, and I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
