Hi. I'm leaving Thursday for a three night on the Dream. What do you recommend the top things to do being we only have 3 days? I'm going with my 4 year old girl.

    Ahoy Kim!
It won't be long now before you are in the midst of the magic, wonder and pixie dust of a Disney Cruise!
I'm glad you asked this question because once upon a time on my first Disney Cruise my daughter was a princess loving four year old so I hope I can give you some helpful tips for your Disney Dream sailing!  If your daughter is a princess fan, be sure to arrive early for one of  the Princess Gatherings which are usually held twice on the three-night voyages-Day Two (in the morning) and Day Three (afternoon).  At this royal event, several princesses will gather in the beautiful Lobby Atrium to greet royal Guests for photos and autographs and royal attire is welcomed!  At night, you will want to head to the Walt Disney Theatre for the fabulous Broadway-style entertainment.  On your sailing, I wouldn't miss The Golden Mickeys or Disney's Believe!  On the second night of your cruise, I suggest joining all the swashbuckling fun at the Mickey's Pirates IN the Caribbean festivities including the spectacular Buccaneer Blast (and don't forget to dress up)!  When you visit Castaway Cay, don't miss out on the BBQ, Spring-A-Leak water playground (just past the bike rentals), and the Character Dance Party at the Island Gazebo!  Also, one of my favorite spots for character pictures in on the island so check your cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator for times and locations for the meet & greets.  Also, be sure to enjoy "See Ya Real Soon" on your last night because it's the perfect event for last minute character photos and autographs!
I have a feeling your daughter will love the imaginative, interactive youth spaces so watch out for activities like Magic Playfloor, Anyone Can Cook, and Pluto's PJ Party.
My final tip is to enjoy some Room Service on your cruise!  My kids' favorites are the Big Island Cookies and Mickey Bars (not on the menu, but available).
    Thanks for the question, Kim!
    Bon Voyage!
