    I'm going in July 2012 and we got the dining plan. I was looking at the menu's online to get an idea of what to get. My question is. Is everything that is on the menu, covered on the dining plan? Or only a few things?

    Hi Margaret!  I'm an absolute fan of the Disney Dining Plan and am so happy that you will be experiencing that during your July trip!  Each menu varies from restaurant to restaurant, and will change depending on the type of dining plan that you have.  With the basic dining plan, your entree, dessert, and non-alcoholic drink is included.  There may be appetizers on the menu, but those will be at an additional price.  Once you are seated at your selected restaurant, each server will explain the menu and inform you of what your dining plan entitles you to.  Our experience has been that some restaurants are little more flexible with what is on the menu, but it is on a case-by-case basis. 

    The Disney Dining Plan page of the Walt Disney World website has a full list of participating restaurants.  Remember that you can be begin booking your dining 180 days prior to arrival.
