    I'm interested in scheduling special activities during our 50th birthday trip but all the options say "call us." I'm deaf and don't use the phone or TDY. Any way I can do this online or via email?

    How wonderful that you will be planning a vacation to the Walt Disney World resort!  And what better way to celebrate a milestone birthday than at the Most Magical Place on Earth!

    As someone well aware of deaf culture, I am thrilled to be able to answer this question for you!  Making reservations at Disney, be it room reservations, dining reservations or entertainment/activity reservations, can be completed via phone (407) 824-4321 or TTY (407) 827-5141 only.  Unfortunately, those special activity reservations cannot be made via email or online at this time.  There might be a chance that eventually, in the near future, you may be able to do all your booking, special events included, online, but at this juncture, that's not a possibility.  

    Your best bet is to have a family member call and make your reservations for you.  You can create a list of the events that you are looking for, and have them speak to a Cast Member who will be willing to assist you in planning a wonderful birthday celebration.
