I'm very interested in purchasing the memory maker, but not really sure how it works? Our trip is 2 weeks out and we are staying off site. Will we get a card in the mail to use? We also are traveling with a group of 12, can we all use the same pass?

    Hi Sarah,

Memory Maker is a great way to pre-purchase all of your photos taken by the Disney Photopass team. This allows you to get great shots with everyone in your touring party without leaving anyone out.

When you pre-purchase the Memory Maker, you receive a discount. You will receive a confirmation email and a card should arrive to hand to the photographer. This card also contains the number you need to link to your My Disney Experience so you can just use your Magic Bands when taking a photo.  If the card does not arrive in time, head to Will Call at any of the four major resorts with your confirmation number and photo id. The cast member will provide you with the card.

Prior to leaving, you want to set up your My Disney Experience account and link everyone touring with you on this trip to yours. This will then allow them to use the Memory Maker feature when they swipe their Magic Bands or cards. Then everyone can upload photos from the trip and be able to view them when you return home.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
