    Hi! I’m interested in booking the Fort Wilderness horse drawn carriage ride. When do Fort Wilderness guests begin decorating their campsites for Halloween? I’d like to be able to enjoy the seasonal vibes at the Fort. This is my friend’s first visit.

    I have good news! You can very easily book your carriage ride online. Click on this link to select the date, time and pay for your ride. You are going to love this scenic ride around the Fort!

    I'm also happy to report that some campers begin to decorate their campsites and cabins as early as August! There's sure to be so much for you and your friend to see during your visit at the end of September. Fort guests are always so creative and friendly! My girls love to see the decorations in the Fall and during Christmastime! We play a game where we count all the Mickey and Minnie Mouse decorations at the campsites. One year we counted 30 Mickeys!
