Hi Renee,
A
breakfast with some of your favorite Disney characters is definitely a wonderful way to start your morning! While you're enjoying your stay at
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you'll be able to grab a delicious breakfast at either P & J's Southern Takeout or Trail's End Restaurant. However, dining with characters there at the campsites is only available at Mickey's Backyard BBQ during dinner hours where you'll see Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and Chip 'n Dale while enjoying some fantastic picnic food and lots of rootin' tootin' fun!
I'm happy to let you know, though, that if you have your heart set on a character
breakfast, there are
lots of options available and you are welcome to visit another resort hotel or head on over to a theme park to enjoy starting your day with your favorite Disney friends! Some character breakfasts that my family has really loved are Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort, Tusker House Restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom, and The Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom Park. I'm sure that wherever you choose to dine, it will be a magical start to your wonderfully fun day!
Any time you dine with the characters, I recommend having a video camera out and ready so that you are able to film your visit with them. Some of my favorite interactions between the characters and my Mouseketeers have happened before or after we pose for a picture, and I love having those priceless memories captured on video.
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Renee, and have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
Missy
