Hi. I'm hoping to be able to go to Disney World with my husband again for a few days in March 2023. I know if I cancel our resort hotel reservations 7 days in advance our deposit will be refunded. What about the park tickets? Are they refundable?

Hiya, Corrine! Welcome to planDisney. We're glad you stopped by!

I'm excited to hear you have a trip planned to see Mickey next year! Not only will you catch the end of the 50th Anniversary Celebration, but March is typically the time for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. The Violet Lemonade is a festival fan favorite!

The answer depends on how you booked your vacation. For a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Package, if you cancel within 2 to 29 days of your arrival date, there is a $200 penalty per room (terms and conditions are subject to change). If you need to cancel your reservation one day before your arrival, the vacation package is non-refundable. As a reminder, when canceling your vacation package reservation, it is important also to cancel any other reservations, such as dining, tours, or recreation. For a room-only reservation, you may cancel five or more days before your arrival to avoid penalty. If you have any questions, call Disney Travel Operations at 407-560-CHAT (2428). Theme Park Tickets purchased separately (outside of a package) are unfortunately non-refundable, but if you do not use them, the total value would be able to be applied for a future trip.

I hope this helps, Corrine! We'd love to help you in the future, so come back and see us real soon!
