I'm heading to Vero Beach in late March (with my wife and 2 boys (9&7)), but am making a one day pit stop at Hilton Head. Having never been in the area, is their anything you would recommend for my short stay? Thanks!

    Hi Robert!

It sounds like you are planning quite the Disney Beach Resort Vacation! Visiting both Disney's Vero Beach Resort and Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort during the same vacation sounds like a dream. I can smell the sea and feel the salt water in my hair just imagining it!

Definitely check out the Dolphin Tour! Since you are lucky enough to experience the natural beauty of this Resort, I wouldn't want to miss out on the chance to check out some of the most magnificent creatures that share this space. I think your boys are the perfect age for this to really impact them.

Since it sounds like you are making the drive for your vacation, I'm sure you will have plenty of energy that you will want to get out before hopping back in the car for the second part of your journey. Why not rent bikes and cycle the slightly over a mile path to the beach from the Resort? Check out all of the natural sights along the way.

Please let us know how else we can help, Robert!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
