I'm having trouble singing up for an online session for DAS registration, can I have a link sent to me.

    Welcome to planDisney, B!

It's an honor to help you get your Donald Ducks in a row for your visit to The Happiest Place On Earth in just a few weeks! Speaking of Donald, it looks like you’ll be visiting the day after his birthday this year (which coincidentally is also mine!)! Be sure to visit him around the resort and give him a quack for me.

I'm glad you're already aware of the Disability Access Service (DAS), B. At the Disneyland Resort, everyone is welcome, and that ain't no passing craze!

B, you can request a live video chat to pre-register here. Registration is available as soon as 30 days before your visit, so now is the perfect time to do it! The Cast Members there are like fairy godmothers, ready to make your visit as smooth and magical as can be, and since every guest has unique needs, that pre-registration conversation will determine what accommodations are available to you.

B, if you ever want to dive deeper into any concerns or questions, feel free to shoot an email over to disability.services@disneyparks.com. The team of Cast Members there are all ears and ready to assist!

I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, B! Please swing by again soon if you have any more questions! I'd love to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I'm always here to dish out some handy tips!
