    Hi, I’m having trouble linking a hotel reservation to a good neighbor reservation. I’m trying to add it under my plans for Disneyland using their confirmation number and it says no reservation found. Am I able to link a good neighbor hotel reservation?

    We're so happy to see you here with your question and I'm excited for you to experience your vacation to the Disneyland Resort later this summer! You're traveling a long way and I want to help you plan a fantastic trip!

    There are truly some wonderful choices when you book one of Disneyland Resort's Good Neighbor Hotels and some of my favorites are within walking distance to the Parks. The first thing to know is that you are unable to link a Good Neighbor Hotel reservation to the Disneyland Mobile App. However, if you booked a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package with a stay at a Good Neighbor Hotel, you should be able to link this reservation to your account online. Hover your mouse over "My Disneyland," click on "My Reservations" to enter your reservation or confirmation number along with the last name of the booking individual and arrival date. My most common mistake is that I am simply entering the wrong string of numbers! Please note that if you booked a Good Neighbor Hotel on your own outside of Disney's system, you may not be able to link it to your Disneyland account.

    Even though you'll enjoy sunny Southern California weather, the Disneyland Resort will be decorated for Halloween at the time of your visit. Make sure to experience Haunted Mansion Holiday, where Jack Skellington takes over the Haunted Mansion to mix two holidays together. And consider attending Oogie Boogie Bash in Disney California Adventure, one of the most popular Disneyland After Dark Events!
