im having trouble deciding on when to go. apart of me really wants to go on her birthday in Sept & stay a week which would give us the option of mnsshp or go first week dec for mvmcp? we both have NEVER been. which would be best?

Hi, Samantha! Congratulations on your upcoming trip! May it be the first of many! If ten Moms Panelists answered this question, you'd probably get five for September and five for the beginning of December. Don't fret over it too much because both of those options are fabulous! However, if I was forced to choose between those two times, I would pick September. You would be there for her actual birthday, and you'd get to experience Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which is my family's favorite special event! Magic Kingdom is decked out in its Halloween finest - including ghosts on Main Street, U.S.A. Characters sport their costumes, too. Guests of all ages attend in costume, but it isn't required.  Because the number of Guests is limited, you can ride almost every attraction during the party time frame, especially if you follow my family's lead and skip the Trick-or-treat locations until the end of the night.  Happy HalloWishes is the holiday-themed fireworks presentation that you can only see on party nights.  The Boo-to-You parade is also one of my family's favorites. I get excited just thinking about it! Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
