Hi Daniel,
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble purchasing your tickets, and I'd be happy to offer some suggestions to help you get those tickets squared away so you can get back to dreaming your Disney dreams and
counting down the days until they come true!
My first thought was that perhaps the Disney Park Pass reservation availability calendar was full for that day, but I just did a quick check and it looks like EPCOT still has openings available for May 17th. Hooray! That means you'll have a couple of options for purchasing your tickets. You may either click the plus sign in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, then choose "Buy Tickets and Passes" or click on the
ticketing page online. Either way, you'll want to double-check the
availability calendar first, then select the type of tickets you'd like to purchase, the number of days you'd like to visit, the start date for your trip, and how many tickets you'll need and for what ages. Once you review all of the information and enter your payment information, you should be all set! If your tickets don't link automagically to your My Disney Experience account, you'll be able to
link them yourself so that you can make your
Disney Park Pass reservations and know your places in the park will be guaranteed. If at any point you're still having some technical difficulties, please feel free to
call a friendly Cast Member for assistance.
You're going to LOVE visiting EPCOT in May. With the
Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in full swing and all of the gorgeous blooms and topiaries, fun entertainment, and delicious bites and beverages to try, you're in for a real treat! Want a few tips to get the most out of your visit? My fellow planDisney panelists and I have some
tips to share from our own festival experiences! If we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip, Daniel, please don't hesitate to come back and see us again. I hope you have a truly magical vacation next month!
