    Hello! I'm having issues when I try to add a friend to the party. I keep getting the "Not Elegible" message for her, and I don't know how to fix it. I bought the Genie + for all the members, please advice.

    Welcome to planDisney, Ariana! I’m so happy to know that in just a few weeks, you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with friends!

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues adding your friend to your My Disney Experience friends and family list. If you’re able, I think it’s a lot easier to access your account on a computer or webpage on your smartphone and not on the My Disney Experience app. 

    To start the process, hover over the words “My Disney Experience” on the top right of the screen and select to your “Family & Friends list.” Tap on the “add a guest” option and enter your friend's name and age.

    Once she's been added to your Family & Friends list just click on her name and enter her email to send her an email that will allow her to confirm that you'll be able to plan together. Once she confirms you should be good to go! You will be able to add her to your plans during your next magical visit.

    If you encounter any issues after you follow these steps, please call 001 (407) 827-7153 to speak with a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you!
